R²E²’s staff is composed of research, evaluation, program and curriculum experts, statisticians, data entry personnel, focus group facilitators, and program coordinators, among others. Staff are experienced in applying a wide variety of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative instrument development; realistic and achievable process and outcome measure selection; data collection, management, and analysis; and database planning in a variety of software formats including SPSS and Access. Our expertise includes the development and implementation of multi-site, multi-level evaluations for both schools and communities. One of the factors that makes our expertise unique is the quality of up-front technical assistance we provide to clients to ensure that the evaluation they get is the evaluation they really want.
